These interfaces were all done in Adobe (a.k.a. Macromedia) Shockwave/Director, now an arguably deprecated technology. If you have the plugin, they'll load fine. If not, your browser might direct you to the Adobe site to get it. Worst case scenario: you'll have to go to the Adobe Shockwave site and download/install it yourself.
